Accessibility

For guests with restricted mobility
While both our theatres are equipped with handrails, please note that the hill leading to our Springer Theatre is a steep incline. Our courtesy shuttle starts service one hour prior to performances and will take you directly to the accessible theatre entrance, and back to our parking lot after the show.
We offer mobility and wheelchair accessible seating in both our Springer and Firehall Theatres (which can be booked online or by phoning the Box Office).
Accessible washrooms are located in the lobby of our Firehall Theatre, and directly inside the east entrance of the Springer Theatre.
Guests are welcome to bring their own assistive devices to the theatre, however large devices such as walkers must be stored outside the theatre during performances – a member of our Front of House team is always available to assist.
We have seating available for customers who require additional space and capacity, please call the Box Office for further information.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available for customers who display the proper documentation on their vehicle – and available on a first come, first serve basis. These spaces are located in the parking lot directly in front of the Firehall Theatre.

Courtesy Shuttle Service
A shuttle service is available to take customers from street level to the accessible Springer Theatre entrance. Shuttle service begins one hour prior to performance times, and resumes directly following the performance.
For guests who require support persons
We welcome support persons who provide assistance with communication, personal care, or access to our theatres. To arrange complimentary admission for a support person, please contact the Box Office prior to the performance.
For guests visiting with their service animal
Service animals are welcome! Please call our Box Office if you have any questions regarding best seating locations when visiting with your service animal.
For guests with scent allergies or sensitivities
While we encourage our guests to refrain from wearing heavily scented products, we cannot guarantee a scent-free environment. If you have an allergy to scented products and need to be moved from your original seat, please notify a member of our Front of House team.
For guests requiring a relaxed environment
Relaxed performances are designed to welcome guests who may benefit from a less restricted audience environment, including those with intellectual or learning disabilities, sensory processing conditions, autism, social anxiety, Alzheimer’s, PTSD or dementia. Some minor production changes may be made to reduce the intensity of light and sound, and guests may leave and re-enter the theatre as required during the performance.

Hearing Assistance
We have a WIFI based hearing assist app which is available at our Springer Theatre called ‘ListenWIFI.’
‘ListenWIFI’ allows you to stream live, high-quality, audio of the performance directly to your cell phone. From your cell phone, you then connect your own headphones or hearing aids to enjoy the show. The audio feed can be adjusted to your personal volume preference.
