At the Springer Theatre, wheelchair seating is located on the east side of the auditorium. The seats in this section can be removed to accommodate a wheelchair, and can be reserved online or by calling the Box Office. At the Firehall Theatre, wheelchair seating is located on the floor level. The Springer Theatre is equipped with an Infra-Red Hearing Assistance System. We encourage customers to contact the Box Office in advance to request a headset, as we have a limited number available. Headsets can be picked up at the Springer Theatre box office prior to performance times.
Accessible parking is available for customers who display the proper documentation on their vehicle – and available on a first come, first serve basis. These spaces are located in the parking lot directly in front of the Firehall Theatre.

A shuttle service is available to take customers from street level to the accessible Springer Theatre entrance. Shuttle service begins one hour prior to performance times, and resumes directly following the performance.
Both theatres have accessible washrooms. At the Springer Theatre, the accessible washroom is located directly inside the accessible entrance on the east side of the auditorium. At the Firehall Theatre, the accessible washroom is located in the lobby.
