The Firehall Theatre is fully accessible and has many spaces available for wheelchairs. The Springer Theatre has limited wheelchair seating. Please notify the Box Office when ordering your tickets if someone in your party requires a reserved wheelchair seating at (613) 382-7020.
The Springer Theatre is equipped with an Infra-Red Hearing Assistance System and has a limited number of headsets available. These headsets are FREE and can be reserved by calling the box office.
Accessible parking is available for theatre patrons who display the proper documentation on their vehicle, available on a first come, first serve basis. These spaces are located in the lot at the Firehall Theatre (at the top of the hill just above the Springer Theatre). People using these spaces can use the shuttle to get to and from the Springer Theatre. The other 2 spots are right next to the Springer’s auditorium doors, but because they belong to the Town of Gananoque, they cannot be reserved.
A shuttle service is available to take patrons from the top of the hill to the Springer auditorium entrance. The Shuttle cart is available for use 1 hour prior to the show and directly following the show. Before and during shows, the parking lot at the Springer Theatre is reserved for Staff, Performers and Guardian, Champion & Visionary Patrons.
Both theatres have accessible washrooms.
