Refund & Exchange Policy
All tickets are non-refundable.
As long as we are notified at least ONE HOUR IN ADVANCE of show time, we can change your ticket for another performance (at no cost).
If you are calling to as for an exchange and are unable to speak with the Box Office directly, please leave a detailed message regarding your request.
Tickets cannot be exchanged once a performance has taken place.

Children
If your child is able to sit quietly for two hours, we encourage you to bring them to see any show recommended for children or families. If you are unsure about the suitability of a performance for your child, please contact the Box Office.
Babes-in-arms are not permitted in any performance due to the Ontario Fire Code regulations.
Cell Phones and Cameras
The use of cell phones, cameras, or recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited in the theatre.
