“Local Flavours, Local Friends” is back again at the Thousand Islands Playhouse! Join us at this annual fundraiser for a buffet style tasting of local produce and items created by local chefs, paired with locally created wines. Along with delicious food and drinks, there will be entertainment, a silent auction, and a live auction.

Visitors to Local Flavours, Local Friends can sample a variety of food from more than forty local producers and restaurateurs, such as The Gananoque Inn, the Purple Café, Atomica, Pan Chancho, Roots Down Organics, The Gananoque Brewing Company, Sandbanks Winery and more. Deserts such as those from 1000 Islands Chocolate Company and Tait’s Bakery add to the delights. Click here for a full listing.

You’ll also love our performance of No Great Mischief, performed at the Springer Theate from September 13 – October 5. Take in a 2:30pm matinee before “Local Flavours, Local Friends”, or enjoy an 8:00pm evening performance after the event.

Silent auction items include gift baskets, home décor items, sports tickets, handmade jewelry and gift certificates for dinners, hotel stays, day trips, spa visits, sports, entertainment and more.

Bids will be accepted from the floor or by phone. In some cases, there may be reserve bids. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque (with ID), Visa or Mastercard.
