RELAXED PERFORMANCE

A relaxed performance is intended to support audience members who may benefit from a more relaxed environment, including people with ASD, anyone with sensory and communication disorders, or those who experience a learning disability. During relaxed performances, audience members can get up and move around, leave the theatre and come back, and share their joy without worrying about being too loud.
There is a relaxed attitude to noise and movement within the auditorium, and some minor production changes may be made to reduce the intensity of light, sound and other potentially startling effects. Babes in arms are also welcome to our relaxed performances.
Accessible parking is available with a shuttle service to take you from street level to the Springer Theatre entrance. Both theatres have wheelchair seating and accessible washrooms. The Springer is equipped with infrared hearing assistance listening systems provided free of charge.
