It is with a heavy heart that we announce the suspension of our 2020 season, including all 8 mainstage productions, the Studio ‘S’ series, our Young Company tour, and our annual fundraiser A Moonlit Night. The Thousand Islands Playhouse remains committed to the safety and well-being of our audiences, artists, employees, and volunteers, and due to the ongoing uncertainty and concern of COVID-19, we cannot in good conscience gather with you here this summer.

Ticket holders and subscribers to our 2020 season have been contacted directly with options on how to make arrangements.

With the entirety of our 2020 season cancelled, our ticketing policy has been updated. We are now providing the following options to all customers (including those who hold a credit for the value of their Back in ’59 and The Music Man tickets):

•  DONATE
You have the option to donate the value of the tickets to the Playhouse. Many of our 2020 season expenses have already been made and there is no doubt that the loss of our 2020 ticket revenue will have a tremendous impact on our operations. By donating the value of your tickets, you’ll help ensure a bright future for the company. Donations will receive a tax deductible receipt for the date the donation is made.

•  REFUND
We understand that this is a difficult financial situation for many and, if you would prefer, we are happy to refund the value of your tickets.

To donate or receive a refund, please fill out the Box Office Request Form below. We will begin processing requests on Tuesday, June 9 at 11am and we will respond to inquiries during the months of June and July. We appreciate your patience as we assist a large number of customers.
