The Power of Line: Dry-point Printing on Copper Plates
Dry-point printing is the most direct method of drawing on a copper surface. One draws with a sharp point, (etching needle or stylus), the line created on the surface of the plate, prints in a rich dark line depending on the pressure initiated. Many traditional and contemporary artist savor this quality of line.
The printmaking workshop will be open to all levels of interest groups.
