Active Senior CLASSES
Building on our successful Active Senior Drop-Ins, join us this winter at the Firehall Theatre for classes to strengthen and stretch your body and mind. Classes are designed to be progressive, and you will build upon your skills, week after week. Whether you’re an expert or trying something for the first time, there is space for everyone. Bring yourself, a friend, and your sense of fun and exploration. No experience required! See below for more details.
