This Halloween, we’re dressing in costume and bringing the candy to you!

We’ve set out to make sure everyone can safely celebrate Halloween this year by offering Reverse Halloween.

On October 31, our team of volunteers will be dressing in costume as ghosts, witches, vampires, and more, and delivering FREE pre-packaged bags of candy to children’s doorsteps across Gananoque and the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands. Our goal is to ensure that every child can participate in Trick-or-treating activities, even if going door to door is not possible for them this year.

To have a free candy package delivered to your child, sign up here before October 27 and create an account by providing a parents name, home address, and the number of children in the household.

Treat bags will be delivered Halloween night on Saturday, October 31 between 5-8pm.

Please note: Registration closes October 27. Program is limited to Gananoque and Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands residents only. One “ticket” = one Halloween treat bag. You may reserve for up to four kids per order. The Box Office will be in contact after you make your reservation to confirm details including any allergies or dietary restrictions. If you require extra Halloween treat-bags, or have any questions, please contact the Box Office here.

Staff and volunteers will be following COVID-19 safety guidelines and protocols for the collection and distribution of candy.

Want to help?

For those that want to take part but don’t have any children at home, we are accepting donations of sealed boxes of candy to be used in the kids’ Halloween packages.

Donations can be dropped off to the Firehall Theatre, located at 185 South Street, between 11am to 5pm, Monday to Friday until October 27.
