Planned GivingGift Planning means finding a way to make an important gift to a charity you wish to support, while getting the best tax benefits possible and achieving personal financial goals. A planned gift can be made outright to the Thousand Islands Foundation for the Performing Arts for its immediate use, or deferred – arranged now for completion later. Some planned gifts may be designated to support the work of TIFPA and to provide a life income for the donor. Every type of planned gift offers benefits to the donor and supports the mission of TIFPA. Such gifts include outright gifts of cash or property such as securities, a charitable bequest, a gift of life insurance, a gift annuity, a charitable remainder trust or a gift of residual interest. A gift may be designated for the general purposes of TIFPA or for a particular purpose or project. If you would like further information about any or all of the above types of gift and making a planned gift to TIFPA, please contact: |
