BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

In an effort to keep our community safe, and to help lessen the spread of COVID-19, the Thousand Islands Playhouse has made the difficult decision to postpone the first two productions of its 2020 season – Back in ’59 and The Music Man. The season will now open with Every Brilliant Thing on July 17 in the Firehall Theatre and Perfect Wedding on August 7 in the Springer Theatre.
Ticket holders and subscribers who are impacted by the cancelled performances have been contacted directly by email with options on how to make arrangements.
Patrons and subscribers who have tickets to Back in ’59 and The Music Man have automatically been issued a credit on their account for the dollar value of their regular tickets or subscription tickets. This credit can be used to purchase additional tickets to a show later this season or held for a future season or Playhouse production – the credit does not expire. All ticket holders for Back in ’59 and The Music Man receive this credit automatically and do not need to contact the Box Office at this time.
We understand that this is a difficult financial situation for many and, if you would prefer, we are happy to refund you the value of your tickets that were booked for these cancelled performances.
You also have the option to donate the value of the tickets, or part of it, to the Playhouse. Many of our 2020 season expenses have already been made and there is no doubt that this loss of ticket revenue will have a huge impact on our operations. By donating a portion or the full value of your tickets, you’ll help stabilize the company as we move forward with the remainder of the 2020 season. All donations will receive a tax receipt for the date the donation is made.
To receive a refund or to donate, please fill out the Box Office Request Form below. We will respond to these inquiries within 15 business days of the form submission.
Please note that we have closed our facilities, including our Box Office, until further notice. We will only be responding to Back in ’59 and The Music Man form requests at this time. Other requests or inquiries will be processed by the Box Office at a later date, when we can safely reopen.
