A credit card is needed for all telephone orders We accept VISA and Mastercard.

** Please note that a $2 per ticket service charge is added to all Telephone and internet Orders.

Tickets can be mailed for an additional $1.50 per order.

The Thousand Islands Playhouse Box Office located in the main level of the Springer Theatre is open daily at 11am for ticket sales.

The Firehall Theatre box office opens 3 hours before a Firehall performance.

Both theatres can be located at the corner of South & Charles Streets, in Gananoque.

All tickets must be paid for at the time of order. For your convenience, we accept the following credit cards:

For in-person orders, you may also pay by cash or personal cheque. At this time we cannot process payments using INTERAC Direct Payment.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Tickets may be exchanged until one hour before a performance. However, it is very difficult for our staff to use tickets returned that close to curtain time. If you know you can not use your tickets, please call us immediately.

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged if a performance is missed, or once a performance has started.
