The Thousand Islands Playhouse Box Office located in the main level of the Springer Theatre is open daily at 11am for ticket sales.

The Firehall Theatre box office opens 3 hours before a Firehall performance.

Both theatres are located at the corner of South & Charles Streets, in Gananoque.

All tickets must be paid for at the time of order. For your convenience, we accept the following credit cards:

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Tickets may be exchanged until one hour before a performance. However, it is very difficult for our staff to use tickets returned that close to curtain time. If you know you can not use your tickets, please call us immediately.

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged if a performance is missed, or once a performance has started.
