The Thousand Islands Playhouse Box Office located in the main level of the Springer Theatre is open daily at 11am for ticket sales. The Firehall Theatre box office opens 1 hour before a Firehall performance. Both theatres are located at the corner of South & Charles Streets, in Gananoque. |

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Free exchanges! The Playhouse is unique in that we do offer theatre-goers some flexibility after they have purchased tickets. As long as we are notified at least ONE HOUR IN ADVANCE of show time, we can change your ticket for another performance (at no extra cost). There are no refunds.
Please note that during peak season it can be difficult to get hold of box office staff in the hour prior to show time, as they are assisting people at the counter and getting ready to seat the show. We strongly recommend that you contact the box office well ahead of time if you want to change your ticket.
Tickets will not be exchanged if a performance is missed, or once a performance has started.
